Theresa Y. Brown is the founder of Amen Somebody®, a Christian mentor, teacher, author, entrepreneur, and farmer with a passion for helping women experience healing, freedom, and transformation through Jesus Christ.
Her life’s work is centered on pointing people back to biblical truth and equipping them to walk in the identity God has always intended for them. Through teaching, mentorship, and authentic conversations rooted in Scripture, Theresa encourages women to move beyond survival and into a life marked by purpose, restoration, and unwavering faith.
The Unearthing My Shoes™ Experience was created from Theresa’s conviction that many women have carried emotional and spiritual burdens for far too long.
